Our wet specimen items are originally preserved with Formalin to ensure a lifetime preservation. Your specimen lives in 70% isopropyl alcohol for long term storage and can be easily changed as needed
All of our wet specimens died naturally before being preserved. Many of our specimens come from roadkill, rescues, fosters, vet techs etc.
Please note: Due to Usps shipping regulations, specimen will be shipped without alcohol. You will need to supply your jar with 70% Isopropyl alcohol.
